Delivery Information
Tracked UK delivery — free on standard-sized orders over £50.
Free tracked UK delivery on standard-sized orders over £50. Heavy, oversized and exceptionally fragile items may carry an additional delivery charge, shown clearly before checkout.
Standard Delivery
UK tracked delivery in 3-5 working days: £3.99, or free on standard-sized orders over £50. Your delivery charge is always shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay.
Heavy Items
Vintage computers, large console bundles and other heavy products carry a heavy-item delivery charge instead of the standard rate. The exact charge is shown on the product page, in your basket and at checkout — heavy items don't qualify for free delivery.
Oversized or Fragile Items
Unusually large or exceptionally fragile items require a delivery quotation. Request a quote from the product page and we'll confirm the delivery charge before you pay; collection may be available for some items.
Collection Only
Some items — such as CRT televisions — are collection only and can't be sent by ordinary courier. There's no delivery charge, and collection details are confirmed after your order has been accepted.
Packaging
All items are packed in protective packaging appropriate to the item.
