Returns, Cancellations & Warranty
Our UK returns, cancellation and warranty policies in plain English.
30-Day Returns
Changed your mind? Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it's in the same condition it was sent in.
Statutory 14-Day Cancellation Rights
For eligible distance purchases, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You can cancel by contacting us via the contact form with your order number.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, leave us a message via the contact page with your order number before sending the item. We will confirm the return instructions and provide the correct returns address. Please do not send items without authorisation, as this may delay your refund.
Return Address & Instructions
Please contact us before returning anything — we'll confirm where to send your return and any arrangements specific to your order.
Who Pays Return Postage
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, we cover the cost of return postage. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by you.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Described Goods
If an item develops a fault not described in its listing, or arrives damaged or different from its listing, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement. Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue and we'll sort it out.
Refund Processing Times
Refunds are issued promptly once we receive and check the returned item. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional working days to show the refund.
Condition Required for Change-of-Mind Returns
Items returned under the 30-day policy or statutory cancellation rights must be in the same condition they were received in. Sealed items must remain sealed.
Exceptions
Some items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where legally permitted — for example items whose seal has been broken. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Warranty
Items are covered by our 30-day warranty against faults not described in their listing. See each listing for its specific condition and testing details.
Your Statutory Rights
Our returns policy and warranty are provided in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
